VHP Sanskrit School (SS) and Sydney Veda Patasala (SVP) school are members of NSW Federation of Community Language Schools. The schools are a part of Department of Education, Community Language and Teaching programme.
While VHP SS is specifically designed for young children, SVP is open to everyone irrespective of religious beliefs or age.
VHP SS is a weekly holistic mental, physical and cultural development program for young people with an abiding interest in the Sanskrit languageand storytelling traditions of the Indian subcontinent. The children in this centre environment feel part of extended family, the activities are timeless in their benefit.
The most practical value in fact is that it trains the mind to think logically, brings clarity of expression, develops intellectual strength. The natural flow of Sanskrit is known to improve the voice quality and self-confidence.
